Terms of Use

NestSolver is a cutting optimizer with a free plan and optional paid features. We work to keep it fast and available, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Cut plans are computed suggestions. Verify measurements, kerf, and layouts against your material and your tools before cutting — we are not liable for wasted material, damaged tools, or any other loss arising from use of the results.

Don't abuse the service: no automated bulk traffic, no attempts to break or overload it, no using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

The Shop plan is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel from workspace settings; access continues through the current billing period.

Saved projects, stocks, and cutters remain in your account if you cancel, but paid features may stop working after the billing period ends.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date below always reflects the current version. Continuing to use NestSolver after a change means you accept the updated terms.
